**About Us**:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote polymer products and solutions.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to communicate effectively with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Only for females.
- Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, preferably within the polymer or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts successfully.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹9,179.44 - ₹15,000.00 per month
