**Teaching Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective and engaging Chemistry lessons to students based on the curriculum.
- Create and implement a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.

- Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and experiments to enhance students' understanding of chemical concepts.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of Chemistry and integrate relevant information into the curriculum.
- Develop and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments to align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of students' grades and attendance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations to create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- **Lab Supervision**:

- Oversee laboratory activities, ensuring a safe and controlled environment.
- Demonstrate proper laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Assist students in conducting experiments and projects.
- **Parent and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students' progress and academic performance.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and other relevant meetings.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in Chemistry.
- **Collaboration with Colleagues**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in department meetings and professional learning communities.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Encourage and support students' participation in science-related extracurricular activities, such as science fairs or clubs.
- **Adherence to School Policies**:

- Follow and adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with administrators and other staff to contribute to the overall success of the school.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
