Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Execute field marketing campaigns and activities to promote [your products/services].
- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product samples.
- Represent the company brand in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹8,131.19 - ₹42,636.12 per month
