**-Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives. Identify target audiences, select appropriate digital channels, and create engaging content to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, display networks, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids and budgets, and leverage analytics tools to maximize ROI.
- Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Create and curate content, schedule posts, monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and manage online communities. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Website management and optimization: Collaborate with web developers/designers to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Regularly update and optimize website content, monitor performance using analytics tools, and implement strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Analytics and reporting: Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through self-learning, attending webinars/seminars, and participating in relevant professional communities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,853.55 per month
