As an Education Outreach Caller at Yuvamanthan, you will play a critical role in establishing contact with schools, colleges, and universities to promote and facilitate government and ministry projects within their institutions. Your primary responsibility is to engage with educational institutions through phone calls and effectively communicate the benefits and requirements of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Outreach Calls: Make outbound calls to educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities, with the goal of initiating discussions about government and ministry projects.
Project Presentation: Present project details and advantages in a clear and persuasive manner to educators, administrators, and decision-makers within the institutions.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with educational contacts by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and understanding of their institution's unique needs.

Information Gathering: Collect relevant information about the educational institution's needs, challenges, and priorities related to government and ministry projects.

Project Promotion: Share project materials, brochures, and relevant documentation to facilitate informed decision-making among educational institutions.

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or appointments with interested educational institutions to further discuss project collaboration.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and concerns from educational institutions and report them to the Yuvamanthan team for continuous improvement.

Data Management: Accurately record and maintain all communication and interaction details with educational institutions in the CRM system.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines while promoting government and ministry projects.

Targets and Reporting: Meet outreach targets and provide regular reports on your outreach efforts, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service, or outreach is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹12,086.00 - ₹18,610.10 per month
