**Qualification**:

- 5-10 years experience in teaching DGCA Exams like Air Navigation, Meteorology, and/or Air Regulation

**Job responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials and course outlines
- Teach and supervise students using lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, seminars, case studies.
- Providing training to aspiring / current pilots with an aim to get students’ exams cleared in first attempt
- Providing training and mentoring to other instructors, if required.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in teaching any 2 or more for DGCA CPL Ground exams.
- **Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills**:

- Ensure a smooth student journey from fresher to airline pilot by also taking care of administrative needs.
- No work from home available. Willing to relocate to New Delhi or commute to office efficiently.
- Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement
- Contributing to the creation of an environment that promotes growth, equality, and freedom of speech
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹46,637.81 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
