**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Drawings of roof top and ground mount ongrid, off grid and hybrid solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of locations for solar installations.
- Preparing drawings, sketch up for shadow analysis for solar power plant layouts.
- Preparation of all drawings such as Plant PV Layout, SLD, Earthing Layout, String Layout, DC and AC cable routing, LA and MCS Layout.
- Closing all engineering drawings as per master drawings list.
- Able to do cable schedules for all power, control and communication cables.
- Ability to handle LT panels, HT panels, and transformers will be an added advantage.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel during construction
- The ability to work independently while being responsible for obtaining approval for designs by coordinating with project managers, and manage multiple projects responsibly.

**Software Tools**:

- **Must Have**: - Autocad, Sketchup, MS office etc.
- **Added Advantage**: - Pvsyst

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering - Any specialization
- 1-2 years of experience in designing solar power plants.

**Required Skill-Set**:

- Ability to understand and work on the solar systems (On-grid, off-grid and hybrid systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
