Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the vehicles on offer, including specifications, features, and pricing. Be able to clearly communicate this information to potential buyers.

Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, and events.

Negotiation: Effectively negotiate prices and financing options while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to dealership policies.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Track sales performance and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Documentation & Paperwork: Ensure all necessary paperwork for car sales, including contracts, financing forms, and trade-in documents, is completed accurately and promptly.

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Marketing & Promotions: Participate in promotional events, test drives, and dealership campaigns to attract new customers.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the showroom team to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly and that inventory levels are well-managed.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with the management team to improve processes and the customer experience.
