**MIS Executive(ICPF) - Job Description** The India Child Protection (ICP), established in 2005, is a leading child rights protection organisation dedicated to combatting child sexual abuse (CSA) and related crimes, including child trafficking, exploitation of children in the digital space, and child marriage. ICP works with various Law Enforcement Agencies to strengthen the ecosystem of support in fighting CSAM and related issues. The Child Protection Unit of ICP is a dedicated unit that works out of the Banjara Hills. This unit comprises of Executives who report to a Team Leader. The Team Leader reports to a designated nodal officer. Hands-on experience with MS Excel is absolutely a must for this function. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantge **Criteria: Requirement** **Number of Position: 2 (Two)** Qualification: Any Graduate with 2 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders. Since the job involves analyzing CSAM content and categorization of the same so that Law Enforcement Agencies can take action, is often disturbing, only those who are willing to work understanding the nature of job need apply. **Gender: Any** **Experience**: 1. Experience in Report Preparation in Excel 2. Experience in making PPTs using various Charts and Tables 3. Experience in supporting accounts team in claims and reimbursements Management etc. 4. Some experience in SQL query building will be an advantage. **Skill Sets**: 1. Proficient in MS Excel a. Pivot Table b. Pivot Chart c. Text to Column d. Advanced Find and Replace e. HLookup f. V Look Up g. Data Cleaning 2. Web Forms a. Creating online forms for data collection, ex: google forms b. Understanding of various kinds of fields and their usages. c. Live reports generation through Google Sheets etc. 3. MS Word a. Mail Merge Function 4. Accounting a. Helping in passing of accounting entries in Tally or Focus b. Maintaining books of records, including month-wise year-wise payment vouchers, petty cash register, etc. 5. Office Basics a. Folder Management b. Version Management of important files c. Auto Back Up to cloud etc. d. Advanced search and find of files 6. Preparing periodic statements **Languages**: Should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi. **Work Location**: The team works out of the designated space on Road No 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. **Compensation**: The remuneration is up to INR 35K per month. Please note that the positions are on the payrolls of an International NGO partner and salary related discussions will be directly conducted by them. **Initial Tenure**: The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with availability of funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year.
