Interior Draughtsperson

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Support space planning, furniture layout development, and material specification processes.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including designers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure timely approvals and updates.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and local building regulations.
- Maintain organized and updated project files throughout all design stages.
- Integrate revisions and feedback from the team and clients accurately.
- Participate in site visits for measurements, supervision, or design validation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- **2-3 years of relevant experience** in interior drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and sound knowledge of drafting principles and interior detailing.
- Familiarity with materials, finishes, and joinery details used in interior construction.
- Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy in drawings.

**Preferred (Optional) Skills**:

- Working knowledge of design and rendering tools such as Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Experience with Revit, BIM workflows, or similar software is a plus.
- Background in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
