Primary Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Planning & Implementation**:

- Develop and deliver **lesson plans** that align with the school’s curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB).
- Ensure lessons are **interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate**.
- Use **storytelling, role-playing, hands-on activities, and visual aids** to enhance learning.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive classroom environment** that supports all learners.
- Encourage **creative expression through arts, music, and movement-based activities**.

**2. Teaching & Classroom Management**:

- Foster **reading, writing, and numeracy skills** in young learners.
- Maintain a **structured yet fun and engaging classroom** environment.
- Use **educational games, technology, and interactive methods** to make learning enjoyable.
- Provide **individualized attention** to students who need extra support.
- Implement **classroom discipline techniques** that encourage positive behavior.

**3. Assessment & Student Evaluation**:

- Conduct **regular assessments, quizzes, and worksheets** to evaluate student learning.
- Track student progress and **identify learning gaps**.
- Provide **timely and constructive feedback** to students and parents.
- Maintain **student records, report cards, and progress reports**.
- Develop **remedial programs** for students needing extra help.

**4. Student Development & Support**:

- Encourage students to develop **social skills, teamwork, and self-confidence**.
- Support **students’ emotional and mental well-being** through positive reinforcement.
- Help children develop **problem-solving and critical-thinking skills**.
- Organize **extracurricular activities, storytelling sessions, and field trips**.
- Promote **ethical values, discipline, and responsibility** in students.

**5. Parent & School Collaboration**:

- Conduct **regular parent-teacher meetings** to discuss student progress.
- Keep parents informed about **academic performance, behavior, and participation**.
- Provide guidance to parents on **how they can support their child’s learning at home**.
- Collaborate with school staff to **enhance the overall learning environment**.

**6. Professional Development & School Contribution**:

- Stay updated with **new teaching techniques, child psychology, and educational advancements**.
- Attend **teacher training sessions, workshops, and school meetings**.
- Contribute to **school events, annual functions, and cultural programs**.
- Work as a **team player** with fellow teachers to develop and improve curriculum strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
