**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO**:

- Create and Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to align with SEO best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawling, indexing, and ranking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**SMM**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, aurate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Manage and grow social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and voice across all channels.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content.

**Combined Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate SEO and SMM efforts to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage online reputation and monitor brand mentions across social media and other online platforms.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns that leverage both SEO and SMM.
- Provide recommendations for website improvements based on user experience (UX) and SEO considerations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO and SMM, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with paid search and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Graphic design skills and experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
