We are hiring a **Data Modeler** with 6-8 years of IT experience, specializing in the Financial Services/Banking domain. This role requires expertise in building data models for banking systems, creating business, physical, and logical data models, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders. Proficiency in data modeling tools, ER diagrams, and LUCID Chart is essential.

**Location**: Remote, India
**Experience**:6-8 years IT experience (MUST HAVE)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Data Modeling & Design:

- Build Data Models for Banking Systems: This is the primary focus, indicating specialized knowledge of banking data structures and requirements is crucial.
- Create Business Data Models: Translating business needs into conceptual data representations.
- Design Physical and Logical Data Models: Developing detailed technical specifications for database implementation (physical) and representing data relationships and structures (logical).

Business Collaboration:

- Work Directly with Business Stakeholders: Engaging with business users to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and ensure data models align with business objectives.
- Understand and Define Data Models: Facilitating discussions and workshops to clarify data definitions, relationships, and constraints.

Tool Usage:

- Utilize Various Data Modeling Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard data modeling software is essential.
- Create Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams: Visualizing data entities and their relationships using ER diagrams.
- Use LUCID Chart for Diagramming: Specifically using LUCID Chart for creating and managing diagrams related to data models.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
