Job Title: Back Office Executive
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to teams, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
2. Operational Tasks: Manage and execute operational tasks, such as processing transactions, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
3. Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data management, including data entry, verification, and maintenance.
4. Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
