Plastic Moulding Operator

**Job Title**: Manager - Plastic Injection Moulding Operations
**Location**: Ambernath MIDC
**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Reports To**: Plant Head / Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of plastic injection moulding machines.
- Supervise a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet targets, deadlines, and quality requirements.
- Ensure proper mould setup, process parameter setting, and troubleshooting for consistent output.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for mínimal downtime.
- Monitor and control raw material usage, wastage, and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and compliance with company policies.
- Train and develop operators/technicians to enhance productivity and skill levels.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to maintain product standards and resolve non-conformance issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, efficiency, and manpower utilization.
- Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and machine utilization initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Plastic / Polymer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum **7-10 years of experience** in plastic injection moulding, with at least **3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role**.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, tools, moulds, and auxiliary equipment.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/Quality systems and safety standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

**Salary**:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
