**A. Front Desk Role and Responsibility**:
1. Greeting and Welcoming guests.

2. Answer and forward Incoming call

3. Direct and guide visitors

4. Keeps a safe and clean reception area

5. Performs other administrative tasks and assists other team members if needed.

6. Keep updated records and files

**B. Admission Counsellor Role & Responsibilities**:
**1. Guiding Prospective Parents**: Provide accurate information to prospective students and parents about the school’s programs, admission criteria, and processes. Address queries and help them make informed decisions.

**3. Maintaining Relationships with Schools and Organizations**: Establish and maintain connections with feeder schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to increase awareness and attract qualified applicants.

**4. Organizing Open Houses and Campus Tours**: Coordinate events, tours, and open houses to showcase the institution’s facilities, faculty, and programs, providing prospective students and their families with a firsthand experience.

**5. Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of prospective students, enrollment numbers, and admissions activities, preparing regular reports to update management on progress and trends.

**Requirement**:
Previous Work Experience as an Admission Counsellor.

Excellent Communication Skills

Bachelors Degree

Computer Knowledge (MS-Office, Excel, Etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
