**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling designs for affirmations, spirituality, motivational, and self-growth content across various platforms including social media, websites, print materials, and also for motivational gift items.
- Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively convey our brand message and resonate with our audience.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Corel Draw.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, spirituality, and motivational content to continually improve the quality and relevance of our designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in affirmations, spirituality, motivational, and self-growth content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Corel Draw.
- Proven experience creating high-quality designs for digital and print platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work, particularly in the specified niches, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
