**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller ( female) to join our team. You will be responsible for making calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote our products.
- Answer inbound calls and provide information about our products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product details and industry trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor degree
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.

Pay: ₹8,458.60 - ₹12,000.00 per month
