JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Wealth Advisor must have knowledge of mutual funds serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for a select group of clients and is instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm. In this critically important role, you will manage client relationships, provide sound financial planning advice and counsel and work closely with all members of the Madison team to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to help grow **PFPL (Prime Folios Pvt Ltd) **business by efficiently using your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence, and community involvement, making an invaluable contribution to our firm.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Financial Planning: Conducting comprehensive financial analysis for clients to determine their investment needs and objectives. Developing personalized investment strategies based on clients' financial goals, time horizons, and risk profiles.
- Mutual Fund Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth research and analysis of mutual funds available in the market. Evaluating fund performance, fees, risk factors, and investment strategies to identify suitable investment options for clients.
- Investment Recommendations: Providing clients with investment recommendations based on their financial goals and risk profiles. Presenting investment options and explaining the rationale behind the recommendations, considering factors such as diversification, asset allocation, and tax implications.
- Portfolio Management: Monitoring clients' investment portfolios and making necessary adjustments based on market conditions and clients' changing financial circumstances. Reviewing and rebalancing portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with clients' investment objectives.
- Compliance and Regulation: Complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing mutual funds and investment advisory services. Staying updated with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing market trends, economic indicators, and financial news to stay informed about the overall investment climate. Generating reports and delivering presentations to clients on portfolio performance, market outlook, and investment strategy updates.
- Education and Client Communication: Educating clients about mutual funds, investment strategies, and financial planning concepts. Providing clear explanations of investment-related terms and concepts, answering client queries, and addressing concerns to ensure clients have a good understanding of their investments.
- Sales and Business Development: Promoting mutual fund products and services to attract new clients and expand the client base. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies, participate in client acquisition activities, and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry best practices, market trends, and new investment products. Engaging in ongoing professional development, attending seminars, workshops, and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Mutual Funds financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- A self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality
- Proven ability to network with prospective clients and centers of influence
- Possess active listening and critical thinking skills
- Client’s first attitude
- A team player, with strong coaching and leadership skills
- Desire/ability to work successfully in an intimate, fast-growing, entrepreneurial company
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA (Finance) from an accredited college or university
- Certification of NISM VA
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,484.41 - ₹30,039.43 per month
