**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bug Reporting & Collaboration**: Identify, document, and report bugs/issues; collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address them.
- **Automation Framework Maintenance**: Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework to accommodate changes in the product.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive the adoption of best practices and enhance automation strategies to improve testing efficiency.
- **Integration with CI/CD**: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.

**Required Skills**:

- **Programming Languages**: Proficient in **Java** for automation scripting.
- **Automation Tools**: Strong experience with **Selenium WebDriver** and **Appium** for test automation.
- **API Testing**: Hands-on experience with **API testing** using tools like **Postman** and **RestAssured**.
- **Test Frameworks**: Familiar with test frameworks like **TestNG** and **JUnit**.
- **Version Control**: Proficient in **Git** for version control.
- **Build and Dependency Management**: Experience with **Maven** for project build and dependency management.
- **CI/CD**: Exposure to **Jenkins** for continuous integration and deployment.
- **Database Knowledge**: Proficient in **SQL** for validating data and ensuring correct functionality.

**Preferred Tools & Technologies**:

- **Performance Testing**: Exposure to **JMeter** for load/performance testing.
- **Bug Tracking & Collaboration**: Familiar with **JIRA** for bug tracking and task management.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing best practices, methodologies, and SDLC processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
