**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Site Supervisor** to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on industrial construction sites. This role will ensure that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to the project’s specifications and timelines. The Site Supervisor will supervise site workers, coordinate with subcontractors, and work closely with the project management team to ensure project goals are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Oversee and manage daily activities on-site, ensuring that work progresses according to the construction schedule and plan.
- **Workforce Supervision**: Supervise and direct workers on-site, ensuring that all personnel are working safely and efficiently.
- **Material & Equipment Management**: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain daily site reports, update progress logs, and report to the Site Manager or Project Manager on any issues, delays, or deviations from the project plan.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to prevent delays or disruptions to the construction schedule.
- **Inspection and Compliance**: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- **Site Cleanliness**: Ensure the construction site remains organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Civil.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial construction, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, and building codes specific to industrial projects.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in managing a team of workers and subcontractors.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage site-related challenges effectively.
- **Technology**: Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
