**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a dynamic **Back Office Sales Coordinator** - **Female **to support our sales team with administrative tasks, client coordination, and order management. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and love multitasking, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain CRM records and handle client follow-ups.
- Assist with contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Provide exceptional support to the sales team and clients.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in sales coordination or a similar role.
