Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and production to conceptualize and design innovative gifting products.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Develop sketches, prototypes, and 3D models to visualize product concepts.
- Select materials, colors, and finishes that align with brand aesthetics and target audience.
- Ensure product designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with vendors and production teams to oversee product development from concept to final execution.
- Create detailed product specifications and technical drawings.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine product designs.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the design and production process.
- Continuously innovate and suggest design improvements for existing product lines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product design, preferably within the gifting, e-commerce, or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling tools.
- Strong artistic and creative vision with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed design specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of materials, textures, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
