**Role Summary**

The Creative Strategy Intern bridges the gap between strategy and creative execution. They assist in researching target audiences, analyzing trends, brainstorming campaign concepts, and supporting presentations or pitches.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market and audience research to inform creative briefs.
- Help develop campaign strategies and messaging frameworks.
- Assist in ideating and brainstorming creative concepts with the team.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
- Create decks and presentations for internal and client use.
- Track performance and gather insights from past campaigns.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interest in branding, advertising, and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with creative flair.
- Basic knowledge of marketing funnels and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Google Slides.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

**Ideal For**
- Students or recent grads in marketing, communication, advertising, or design.
- Individuals looking to break into brand strategy or creative direction roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- 60%+ marks in Mathematics in 10th standard
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi and Marathi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

**Other details**
Duration:4 Months

Stipend: 10,000/Month

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday are off)

: Part time is not allowed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From ₹300.00 per day
