***Responsibilities**:

- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive, audience research and identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages the social media community members to get engaged.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Setting up and optimizing company pages effectively within each social media platform.
- Have a strong understanding of how each social media channel works and know how to optimize the content to engage the channels of the organization on social media.
- Stay up to date with the latest and best social media practices and technologies.
- Work with content creators, designers to ensure the content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with Marketing. Sales and Product team to strategize with the trends.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create strong network.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously, improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Team up to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate result-oriented actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, media, communication, business, commerce or related disciplines.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking and social analytics tools analytics knowledge.
- Positive attitude with detail and customer-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Sound understanding of SEO, its practices and web traffic metrics.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team playing spirit and time-management skills.
- Decent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent fluency in English and vocabulary.
