3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customization and configuration experience in Dynamics 365 CRM to tailor it to the organization's specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugins and workflows.
- Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with plugin development, workflow automation, and custom web development.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Implement data migration strategies between different environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as it integrates closely with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Lead the migration of CRM data and processes to the Azure cloud platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and train end-users.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and other IT professionals.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
