**Key responsibilities**

**1. NCLT Documentation**:

- Drafting, execution and filing schemes in accordance with legal requirements.
- Crafting NCLT petitions and related documents.

**2. Compliance Management**:

- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory timelines related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Keeping abreast of any changes in legislation and advising on their implications.

**3. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinating with legal teams and other departments to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth legal processes.

**Qualifications and skills**
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisition scheme implementation.
- Experience in drafting documents.
- Knowledge of NCLT processes and compliance requirements would be preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
