**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and streamline processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding their needs and feedback.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational metrics.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports for management on vendor performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
- Support team members in achieving operational goals and ensuring high-quality service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, customer service, or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,088.97 - ₹24,544.59 per month
