**Finance SSC (Intercompany Reconciliation)**

**Role Summary**

The Professional 1 Finance - SSC ensures all financial transactions are accounted and reported with completeness and accuracy. Performs month end close and regular activities within the deadline ensuring compliance with GAAP, Internal Controls and Local Statutory and Tax requirements.

**Job Functions**

**This role involves**

Ensure compliance to financial controls, procedures, systems, and government& customer requirements.

Ensure month end close activities are performed as per schedule. Adherence to monthly SSC KPI & SLA

Prepare balance sheet variance analysis, account reconciliations

Maintain strong working relationships with business partners including regional finance, Payroll & HR and process transactions accurately and in accordance with local statutory and tax requirements

Makes recommendations for process or procedural changes, including training documentation and presentation to other organizations.

**Education & Experience**

**Essential**

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred

Two or more years of finance or accounting experience

Shared Services Centre and IT/ITES company experience

Strong expertise and hands on experience in F&A Operations - R2R / P2P / O2C processes

Experience working with D365 ERP and Tagetik software

**Desired**

Strong organization and time management skills

International work and culture exposure to Europe and APAC

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**

¨ Located in Bangalore, India

¨ Ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary

**Salary**: ₹173,793.99 - ₹950,262.62 per year
