**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor the school curriculum as per CBSE guidelines.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence by supporting innovative teaching methodologies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
- Conduct regular teacher training and encourage continuous professional development.

**School Operations & Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff supervision, student discipline, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE rules, policies, and documentation requirements for affiliation and examinations.
- Oversee admissions, fee collection, infrastructure maintenance, and school safety.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote collaboration, accountability, and professional ethics.

**Parent & Community Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the local community to enhance the school’s reputation and growth.
- Address and resolve parent concerns promptly and effectively.

**Student Development**:

- Ensure the overall well-being of students, promoting a balanced focus on academics, co-curricular activities, and life skills.
- Implement initiatives for students’ holistic development, including counseling and career guidance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Education or related field (M.Ed., MA, etc.)
- B.Ed. degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of teaching and administrative experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum, rules, and affiliation processes.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with school accreditation processes.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technologies, and school management systems.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
