Job Title: Personal Secretary
**Job Description**:
The Personal Secretary is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive or individual. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
4. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the executive.
5. Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive and other team members as needed.
7. Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial statements.
8. Order office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
10. Provide general administrative support to the executive, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
**Requirements**:
1.Graduation
2. Proven experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
10. Knowledge of the specific industry or field in which the executive operates is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Secretarial work: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
