- Thane, Mumbai (All Areas)As a **Logistics Coordinator** at** Shop**, you will facilitate and be actively involved in efficient dispatching of daily orders received from different sales channels. You will process orders and oversee the fulfilment cycle until they are delivered to the customer. You use our order management system to ensure all orders are processed within the right timeframe for Mumbai and Non-Mumbai orders.

**The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Track and Manage orders received for the same day across outlets and plan deliveries
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and order deliveries
- Assign the deliveries to our internal delivery riders and delivery partners
- Once dispatched for deliveries keep a track of the orders and their delivery status
- Assign riders to orders in the nearest outlet to manage delivery rider operations economically
- Execution of delivery of orders to be executed to achieve little to no delay
- **Prior experience as logistics coordinator in a company like Dominos is mandatory**
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of City Map on Google Maps
- Open to learning & working with new logistics software & apps
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Excel
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Team Player
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple order deliveries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in client interaction will be appreciated

**Friday, Saturday & Sunday will not be off.**

**Holiday will be given any day between Monday to Thursday on Roaster basis.**

**Timings - 9am to 6pm/ 10am to 7pm.**
