**Role**: Backend Python Developer (Generative AI Awareness)
**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: 5+ Years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain **backend systems and RESTful APIs** using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate **Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers, etc.)** into products.
- Optimize backend services for **scalability, performance, and security**.
- Work with **PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL** databases, ensuring efficient query design and optimization.
- Implement **authentication, authorization, and security best practices** (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
- Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines**, automation, and system monitoring.
- Stay updated with emerging **Generative AI tools, APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)**, and recommend adoption where relevant.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **5+ years** of experience in **Python backend development**.
- Strong expertise in **Django / DRF, Flask, or FastAPI**.
- Solid understanding of **REST API design**, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with **databases**: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Hands-on with **Docker, Kubernetes**, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exposure to **Generative AI**:

- Using APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.)
- Familiarity with **LangChain, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)**:

- Basic knowledge of fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with **event-driven systems** (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
- Knowledge of **MLOps workflows** for deploying and scaling AI models.
- Familiarity with **front-end frameworks** (React/Next.js) for API integration.
- Understanding of **data pipelines** and ETL processes.
