**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and maintain data related to sales, purchases, and other financial transactions in ERP systems and Tally.
- **Invoicing**: Generate and process invoices in a timely manner.
- **Report Preparation**: Compile and prepare regular reports related to sales, purchases, and financial activities using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- **GST Filing**: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, documentation, and office support.
- **ERP & Tally Management**: Utilize ERP software and Tally for day-to-day operations and reporting.
- **Customer and Vendor Interaction**: Engage with customers and vendors to facilitate smooth sales and invoicing processes.
- **Accuracy & Timeliness**: Ensure all data entry and reporting tasks are completed with high accuracy and within deadlines.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy of data entry and reporting
- Timeliness of invoice processing and report generation
- Compliance with GST filing deadlines
- Efficiency in handling administrative tasks
- Proficiency in using Excel and Microsoft Office tools

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation in Commerce or related field preferred
- **Experience**: Prior experience working with ERP software and Tally is required. Knowledge of GST filing is an added advantage.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
