**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons; Encouraging the students to excel in academics.
- Develop a sense of values, ethics and competitiveness in children.
- Teaching according to the educational needs and as per the abilities and achievement of the individual students.
- Preparation of oral and written assessments, reports and references related to the students.
- Adhere to the schools innovative teaching methodologies.
- Should be a good motivator with knowledge of CBSE norms & patterns.
