**#Key Responsibilities**:

- **Management Information System (MIS)**: Maintain and update the company's MIS database regularly. Ensure the accuracy and timely availability of data for reporting.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively participate in lead generation activities, ensuring high-quality leads are identified for the insurance sales team.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to the management team.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the insurance sales team by providing data-driven insights, customer information, and helping track performance metrics
- **System Support**: Provide technical support and assistance for the company's support system related to insurance operations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments like sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth data flow and system functioning.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all reports and processes comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.

**#Qalifications**:

- Proven experience in MIS management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
