**Role Overview**:
The **Execution Manager** will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of **Robotics, AI, and STEM programs** in schools. This includes **coordinating between internal teams, schools, and vendors** to ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and seamless project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Execution & Implementation**: Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of robotics/STEM lab setups and online/offline training programs.
**Client Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring smooth communication and resolving operational challenges.
**Team Management**: Supervise trainers, technical staff, and execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
**Logistics & Vendor Management**: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery of required materials.
**Training & Workshops**: Plan and organize student and teacher training sessions to ensure effective curriculum execution.
**Quality Control**: Ensure the implementation meets the highest standards and aligns with Techradiance’s vision.
**Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain detailed reports on execution progress, challenges, and improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in **project execution, operations, or education sector**.
Strong **coordination and communication** skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to handle **team management and client relationships** effectively.
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office / Google Workspace** for reporting and planning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
