**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts with attention to detail and aesthetic.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising environment.
