**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to track growth and ROI.
- Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Handle online reputation management by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing (hospitality/F&B background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, creative writing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
