As a Graphic Designer at T and T Realty Services, you will have the opportunity to craft compelling visual content for online campaigns, print advertisements, websites, and multimedia presentations.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze design briefs to discern project requirements and objectives.
- Ideate and conceptualize visual solutions aligned with project specifications.
- Create preliminary design drafts and present conceptual ideas for review.
- Produce high-quality illustrations, logos, and graphics under the guidance of the marketing managers.
- Employ appropriate color schemes and layouts for each design.
- Collaborate seamlessly with content writers and the creative director to refine designs.
- Conduct cross-media testing to ensure graphics perform effectively across various platforms.
- Incorporate feedback into designs and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts resonate with the brand identity and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.
- Demonstrated experience creating visually captivating content for diverse social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, YouTube ads, etc.).
- Robust portfolio showcasing a range of illustrations and graphic projects.
- Keen eye for aesthetic details and a strong sense of design principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to work systematically and deliver projects within deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
