We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Equity Dealer - Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals in the financial services industry with a solid client base, a proven track record in client acquisition, and experience in equity trading. - **Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives **_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service.
- **Revenue Generation**: Develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets through effective trading and investment strategies.
- **Trading on Behalf of Clients**: Execute trades accurately and promptly, aligning with client portfolios and risk tolerance.
- **Strategic Trading & Advisory**: Provide clients with strategic trading insights, helping them make informed investment decisions and achieve financial success.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a proven client base.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving acquisition and revenue goals.
- Certification: NISM Series VIII Certification is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in trading platforms, and in-depth knowledge of equity markets.
