Location: All Over AP & Telangana
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Act as an interface between the Company & customers.
2. Should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
3. The Primary responsibility is to drive the Insurance sales for the Company.
4. Converting leads to business.
5. Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
6. Direct selling to the customers via appointments.
7. Establishing and strengthening relationship with customers
8. Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
9. Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers’ requirements.
10. Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
11. Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visit and convert the lead to sales.
12. Cross-sell/Up-sell all Insurance products
13. Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.
14. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
15. ability to work under pressure
16. Responsible for the overall team performance ensuring that the insurance team understands its duties and its role within the organisation
17. Responsibility to adhere to agreed criteria and budgets and plan to maximise efficiency, best value and performance
18. Meet your & your team target and smooth running of the of the team and organisation as a whole
19. Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation as a whole
20. Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans
21. Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional standards, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable
22. Manage, direct and monitor insurance activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximise performance
23. General administration of all insurance provisions including claims, effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organisation
24. Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organisation.
25. Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of insurance, including surveying and measuring governance, performance, administration and outcomes and disseminate feedback to the appropriate persons/entities.
26. Utilise systems to manage insurance functions, analysis and documentation.
27. Direct the development of plans for insurance, including management to achieve targets.
28. Developing plans for insurance progress & Support to all other departments with insurance related issues
29. Subject to agreed criteria; recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
30. Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required.
31. Assist in developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets.
32. Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
33. Manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers and suppliers
34. Set an example for team members of commitment, insurance management, administration standards, work ethics and habits and personal character
35. Maintain accurate records, responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
36. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures, interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
