**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive mobile app installs and user engagement.
- Manage and optimize Facebook ads campaigns to achieve desired performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services by developing targeted BTL campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Optimize app store listings (Google Play & Apple App Store) to improve visibility, keyword ranking, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with product and development teams to align marketing strategies with app updates, features, and release schedules.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in mobile app marketing and performance advertising.
- Experiment with innovative approaches to drive user acquisition and retention.

**Required Skill Set & Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on mobile app marketing and user acquisition.
- Experience in Team Handling.
- Expertise in Ecommerce, Web, and Mobile Apps marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital campaign management principles, including planning, execution, tracking & analysis.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for IT organizations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
