Job Title: Online Spoken English Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Online Spoken English Teacher to join our virtual language learning platform. As an Online Spoken English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in helping learners of various proficiency levels improve their conversational English skills through interactive and engaging online lessons. Your expertise in English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances will empower students to communicate confidently and fluently in real-world scenarios.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct Online English Lessons: Deliver online spoken English lessons to individuals or small groups of learners via Whatsapp.

2. Develop Engaging Lesson Plans: Create well-structured and interactive lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of the learners.

3. Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to actively participate in the learning process.

4. Provide Constructive Feedback: Regularly assess students' speaking abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.

5. Encourage Conversation: Facilitate conversational practice by initiating discussions on various topics, including daily life, culture, current events, and more.

6. Utilize Multimedia Resources: Integrate multimedia tools, audiovisual materials, and interactive exercises to enhance the learning experience and maintain student engagement.

7. Track Student Progress: Monitor each student's progress and maintain records of their achievements and areas for improvement.

8. Adapt to Diverse Learning Styles: Recognize and adapt to the individual learning styles and preferences of students to ensure effective learning outcomes.

9. Communicate with Students : Maintain clear and open communication with students to address concerns, share progress reports, and provide updates on the learning journey.

10. Stay Current with Language Trends: Stay informed about the latest language teaching methodologies, technologies, and trends to continuously enhance your teaching skills and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in English: Native or near-native fluency in English with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

2. Proficiency in Kannada: Native or near-native fluency in Kannada with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

3. Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in an online setting, is desirable.

4. Language Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) are advantageous.

5. Passion for Teaching: A strong passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language learning goals.

6. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

7. Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using virtual teaching platforms, digital tools, and multimedia resources to conduct online lessons.

8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching approaches and materials to cater to learners of different ages, levels, and learning styles.

9. Time Management: Effective time management skills to plan and deliver lessons punctually and efficiently.

10. Reliability: A dependable and committed professional who can maintain consistent teaching schedules.

11. Positive Attitude: A positive and patient demeanor to inspire students and create a welcoming learning environment.
