**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **conceptualization, design, and detailing** of high-end residential projects.
- Prepare accurate **architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings** using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity and execution feasibility.
- Support the preparation and verification of **BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates**.
- Conduct **site visits** to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
- Research and recommend materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions suited to luxury standards.
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet all **regulatory, design, and quality standards**.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5 years of experience, preferably in **luxury residential projects**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, SketchUp, and MS Office; Revit or 3D visualization skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of **BOQs, materials, construction detailing**, and project documentation.
- Strong sense of **design aesthetics**, spatial planning, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
