Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:

- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory levels using SAP MM.
- Oversee stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies by implementing best practices and controls.

Order Fulfillment:

- Manage sales orders and deliveries using SAP SD.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and claims efficiently.

Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Generate and analyze reports on inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment using SAP.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and planning.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Handle documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Pay: ₹20,291.89 - ₹25,716.41 per month
