**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Creative Visual Content Production**
- Design high-quality, engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, carousels, infographics, and brochures, while staying updated with the latest trends.
- Conceptualize and execute creative designs aligned with the brand identity for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

**2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics**
- Edit and produce professional videos for social media reels, promotional content, and brand storytelling, ensuring visual excellence and consistency.
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects** is a must for creating visually appealing videos and motion graphics.

**3. Branding and Logo Design**
- Develop impactful logos and brand identity elements that reflect the brand’s vision and resonate with the target audience.

**4. AI-Enhanced Design**
- Utilize basic AI tools for image and video creation to enhance design efficiency and innovation, keeping the creative process future-forward.

**5. Social Media and Marketing Collaterals**
- Design brochures, promotional materials, and product/service presentations with a focus on visual storytelling.

**6. Trend Awareness and Design Evolution**
- Stay updated with the latest design trends to create modern, fresh, and innovative designs that stand out in a competitive digital space.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite**, including **Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects**.
- Strong experience in **video editing** and creating professional visual content for social media.
- **Canva expertise** for quick-turnaround designs that meet high creative standards.
- Hands-on experience with **AI tools for design automation** and innovation in content creation.
- Strong **time management, planning, and organizational skills** to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- **Creative thinking** and the ability to translate brand strategies into creative outputs.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all designs.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in design/ Diploma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,227.61 - ₹32,799.19 per month
