**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Centre Head in day-to-day coordination and administration
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing queries and updates
- Plan and help organize school events, celebrations
- Conduct fun and engaging art and craft sessions with children
- Ensure implementation of safety and hygiene protocols
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and age-appropriate classroom environment
- Plan and deliver lessons through stories, art, music, play, and interactive learning
- Encourage emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain daily records of children’s progress and communicate with parents
- Participate in events, celebrations, and school initiatives
- Ensure child safety and well-being at all time

What are we looking for
- A warm, cheerful, and patient personality who enjoys working with young children and their parents
- Relevant experience or qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred
- A natural people-person who is approachable, organised and proactive
- Ability to assist in day-to-day co-ordination and support the team with smooth school operations

Eligibility:

- Strong command over English and a love for working with children is a must
- NTT\Montessori qualification with a Graduation from any field
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- 1 year experience in preschool or creative roles preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
