**Responsibilities**:

- EHS reviews and maintaining safety reports (Job risk assessment)
- Control Logics and Set points: Effective operation of the BMS with all control logics. Ensure that all equipment operate at design set points. Any changes if required on the design set points should be communicated writing, with operator maintaining a log sheet.
- Daily Operation Schedule: Optimize on the daily schedule of operation of equipment using BMS based on building requirement for minimum energy consumption.
- Reporting alarms and abnormal consumptions: Report on any abnormal energy consumption from the BMS using benchmarks and update relevant personnel for rectification of problem. Critical Alarms from the system should be reported and attended for rectification. (Operator on noticing such event will inform the concerned team along with the system generated report/screen shots and acknowledge the rectification.)
- Reporting and rectification of BMS hardware/software issues: Report on any BMS component not working to Chubb ALC office and attend for rectification. Should this require support from Chubb offices, co-ordinate with respective team for rectification.
- Daily and Monthly energy and operations reports: Submit daily and Monthly building energy consumption report with energy index. Follow the format standardized with Chubb ALC team on monthly report generation.
- Initial training on the project operations and regular training to the operator shall be responsibility of Chubb.
- Healthy takeover of the system from Chubb Projects team to Chubb Service team shall be responsibility of Chubb.

**Specific skills required**
- HVAC Energy management
- Electrical, Water, Solar energy management
- BMS systems management

**Qualification / Experience**
- Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or relevant degree
- Good knowledge: HVAC & BMS Installation, commissioning & Trouble shooting
- MS Office skills to maintain reports
- Multi-Compliant handling
- Good sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Team player.

Fluency in English and local language (oral/Written)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
