**Job responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, share updates, and align teams on project goals and objectives.
- Support the development of training materials and communication plans to educate employees on new processes and systems.
- Solve problems and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business-promoten AI solutions
- Implementing responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and explainability.
- Coding for data analysis, machine learning, and automating tasks
- Identify potential risks and issues related to transformation projects and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in transformation and change management.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience with change management methodologies and practices is a plu**s.**
